The Three Swallows has reopened following a £200k investment by independent pub operators Punch Pubs & Co, with Management Partner Greg Woods and his Operations Manager Matt Drew taking the helm.

The traditional country pub has been lavishly rejuvenated by Punch to offer guests a luxurious drink and dining experience. Great emphasis has been placed on enhancing the pub’s vast garden area, showcasing the stunning Norfolk surroundings with the addition of an atmospheric romantically-lit stretch tent complete with ample seating and an outdoor bar area and pizza kitchen. Inside, the Three Swallows intricately finished and unique bar and restaurant area perfectly reflect the pub’s traditional charms and relaxed ambience – the perfect place to enjoy civilised drinks with friends and family occasions alike, complete with sumptuous food and drinks offered to match. For those wishing to extend their stay in the village and explore all nearby Norfolk has to offer, the Three Swallows now also offers the comforts of four elegant ensuite bedrooms that offer a luxurious home-away-from-home that is hard to resist.

Operations Manager Matt, who has over twenty years of experience in the industry and has been working locally for over a decade, is passionate about putting the Three Swallows back on the map. A place for the community to enjoy that offers a premium food and drinks experience for all to enjoy. Matt says: “There is beauty to be seen around every corner at the Three Swallows, the investment has left no stone unturned, and we’re so proud to be able to welcome guests back to enjoy it. The outdoor area must be seen to be believed; it’s a simply stunning space to enjoy – perfect for alfresco drinks and dining.”

Senior Operations Manager Sarah Edmunds says, “The Three Swallows is an exceptional pub. A quintessentially British country pub in a beautiful village with all the charm and character you’d expect it to have – it’s been a pleasure to invest in and bring it back to its absolute best. Together, Greg and Matt are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and we look forward to working alongside the team and seeing all they have planned to bring the Three Swallows to life.”
