The investment will create a vibrant, community-focused venue designed to become a hub for social occasions, great drinks, entertainment and local events.
Situated in the heart of the busy market town of Driffield, the pub benefits from strong footfall, excellent local amenities, nearby transport links and a substantial residential catchment. We are seeking an energetic and community-minded Partner who can maximise the benefits of the investment, engage with local residents and build a thriving wet business.
